Then, before you put them back on, use a damp, soft-bristle toothbrush and clear, mild dishwashing soap to gently remove saliva, plaque, and other debris from the surface. If needed, you can soak them for 15 minutes or so each day in a dentist-approved cleaning solution as well.

Once you’ve progressed through your series of clear aligners and are happy with the results, we will shift our focus to maintaining your results. First, we will take impressions of your teeth so a custom retainer can be made.
